Welcome to GAME TRUCK’s Digital Channels. DIGITAL CHANNELS refer to all technological environments, including websites, mobile applications (iOS/Android), web platforms, and official social media profiles.
We value your trust and have therefore created this document to ensure complete transparency regarding the rules governing the use of our websites, applications, platforms, and other digital environments—hereinafter referred to as DIGITAL CHANNELS.
Here, you will find the main terms of use, rights, obligations, and important information regarding the operation of our services and the processing of personal data, always in compliance with applicable legislation, particularly the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).
These Terms were prepared to help you browse safely, understand how we use your information, and ensure a relationship based on respect, clarity, and responsibility between you, the USER, and GAME TRUCK.
We recommend that you read this document carefully. By continuing to browse or use any feature of our Digital Channels, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described herein.

Below, we present the main rights, obligations, and guidelines governing the use of our digital environments, hereinafter referred to as DIGITAL CHANNELS, as well as important information regarding the collection, use, and processing of personal data, always in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).
The purpose of these Terms is to establish the conditions for accessing and using the features made available through GAME TRUCK’s DIGITAL CHANNELS, including the provision of services, the processing of personal data, and the recording of activities performed, in an ethical and transparent manner and in compliance with applicable legislation.
These Terms apply in full to the use of GAME TRUCK’s mobile applications for iOS and Android, covering the features, permissions, and integrations specific to mobile devices, as distributed through the App Store and Google Play.
Furthermore, these Terms seek to ensure that you, the USER, are fully informed of your rights and obligations, as well as the protective measures adopted by GAME TRUCK within the digital environment.
By accessing or using any feature of our DIGITAL CHANNELS, you freely, knowingly, and unequivocally declare that you:
● Have read these Terms fully and carefully;
● Understand and agree to all their provisions;
● Are aware that other GAME TRUCK policies, such as the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are incorporated into these Terms by reference and must also be observed;
● Agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the conditions described herein.
Should you disagree with any of the terms presented, we recommend that you discontinue browsing or using our digital services. However, we remain available to answer any questions through our customer service channels.
For convenience, you may directly access the section relevant to the clarification you are seeking. We recommend that you periodically read this document carefully and in full.
To access some of the features made available through the DIGITAL CHANNELS, the USER must first register. Each USER is permitted to create only one account on GAME TRUCK’s DIGITAL CHANNELS. Should more than one registration be identified for the same USER, one or all such registrations may be suspended or canceled without the imposition of any penalty or liability upon GAME TRUCK.
In the case of mobile applications, the USER may be asked to grant specific permissions, such as permission to send notifications and access location data, the camera, photos, contacts, and other native smartphone resources, depending on the purpose of the available features. The USER may manage these permissions through the application and device settings and may revoke or modify them at any time.
When registering as an individual, the USER must be at least fourteen (14) years old. If the USER is under eighteen (18) years of age, they must be assisted by their parents or legal guardians, who shall be responsible for any and all acts performed by the minor when using the DIGITAL CHANNELS. When registering on behalf of a legal entity, the USER must be the company’s legal representative or otherwise have the authority to represent it before GAME TRUCK.
A USER whose Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry number (CPF) has already been registered as an individual may also use the same login to register on behalf of a legal entity and may be associated with more than one Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registry number (CNPJ). An individual USER whose login is linked to a legal entity’s registration will have access to payment statements, transaction statements, service requests related to the legal entity, and other available features.
To unlink an individual USER’s login from a legal entity USER’s registration, the person responsible for the legal entity must contact the Customer Service Center and request the removal of that USER’s registration.
The USER’s registration is conditional upon the provision of personal and registration data directly through the DIGITAL CHANNELS. To improve the USER’s experience, GAME TRUCK may use authentication applications or login services provided by social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook Connect and Google Sign-In.
GAME TRUCK may refuse or decline registration requests submitted by USERS who fail to provide the required data correctly.
GAME TRUCK reserves the right to refuse to grant, suspend, or cancel the Access Account of any USER who uses it fraudulently or provides incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information, or who violates or attempts to violate these Terms or any other GAME TRUCK document made available through our DIGITAL CHANNELS.
This provision also applies when GAME TRUCK has sufficient reason to suspect that the information provided is false, incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. The suspension or cancellation of services does not require GAME TRUCK to provide prior notice to the USER.
GAME TRUCK may change the eligibility criteria for accessing and using our DIGITAL CHANNELS at any time. Therefore, the USER should regularly review the updated Terms on GAME TRUCK’s website.
GAME TRUCK takes the security of your data seriously and adopts various technical and administrative measures to protect your information within our DIGITAL CHANNELS.
We use protective barriers, security protocols, and up-to-date market practices to prevent unauthorized access, data leaks, improper alterations, or any misuse of data under our custody.
The USER is responsible for keeping the device’s operating system up to date, configuring two-factor authentication and screen locking, and adopting good security practices, including not sharing the device or installing the application on third-party devices without appropriate safeguards.
It is important to emphasize that security begins when data is collected. In other words, from the moment you, the USER, provide your information through our channels, we are able to apply our protective controls to safeguard your privacy and the integrity of your data.
The security mechanisms adopted include the use of access credentials, such as a login and password, for restricted areas of the DIGITAL CHANNELS. The login is directly associated with your registration, and the password must be created by you in accordance with the complexity requirements established by GAME TRUCK, thereby providing greater protection.
We emphasize that the password is personal, non-transferable, and the sole responsibility of the USER. We therefore recommend keeping it confidential and updating it periodically as a good digital security practice.
GAME TRUCK continuously and proactively updates its information security practices to provide an increasingly secure and reliable digital environment.
By using GAME TRUCK’s Digital Channels, the USER agrees to act responsibly, in good faith, and in compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights, and the conditions established in these Terms. The main responsibilities assumed by the USER when accessing and using our digital environments are listed below.
● Use GAME TRUCK’s Digital Channels appropriately, in accordance with applicable legislation and ethical principles, and respect the purposes for which they were developed;
● Not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes or in any manner that violates third-party rights.
● Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information;
● Maintain a valid communication channel through which we may contact the USER whenever necessary;
● GAME TRUCK reserves the right to suspend or delete the USER’s registration if false or inaccurate information is identified.
● Use compatible devices with updated operating systems and active protection tools, such as antivirus software and firewalls;
● Keep access credentials, including the login and password, confidential and refrain from sharing them with third parties or storing them in insecure locations.
● Create strong and secure passwords and avoid easily guessed sequences, such as “123456” or “password123”;
● Avoid reusing the same password on other websites or services;
● If improper use is suspected, immediately change the password and, when necessary, contact our customer service channels.
● Adopt physical and logical protection measures for the devices used, such as password protection, biometric authentication, or two-factor authentication, whenever available.
● Keep email filters, including anti-spam filters and forwarding settings, properly configured so that they do not prevent the receipt of messages from GAME TRUCK;
● Explanations based on the failure to receive communications due to automatic email blocking will not be accepted.
● Respect GAME TRUCK’s and third parties’ intellectual property rights;
● Not reproduce, copy, or use names, trademarks, logos, distinctive signs, content, or any technology without GAME TRUCK’s prior express written authorization.
● Not access restricted areas of the system, including databases, source code, or unauthorized features;
● Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, modifying, or distributing features without permission is prohibited;
● Not use automated software for data mining or data collection, except through APIs or libraries officially provided by GAME TRUCK.
GAME TRUCK’s Digital Channels are made available as tools supporting the services provided by the company or its partners. The use of these platforms does not grant the USER any rights over the systems, infrastructure, or intellectual property supporting them.
Should it become necessary to remove or block features or content, including at the request of third parties, such action shall be interpreted as a demonstration of GAME TRUCK’s good faith and not as an admission of infringement or liability.
Mobile applications may collect data such as geographic location, device identifiers, push notification tokens, biometric data, and information potentially shared through integrations, such as calendars, photos, and cameras.
Such data will be processed in compliance with the LGPD, and the USER will be provided with means to consult, review, and revoke consent directly through the application settings.
New versions of the application may request additional permissions. Such requests will always be accompanied by notice to the USER and updates to the Terms and Privacy Policies.
USERS are responsible and agree to:
● Properly use the DIGITAL CHANNELS made available by GAME TRUCK in accordance with applicable laws and ethical principles, respecting the conditions governing their use and purpose;
● Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, as well as a valid communication channel through which GAME TRUCK may contact them for the proper provision of its services, either directly or through the USER’s employer. If, at any time, it is determined that the USER has provided false or inaccurate information, GAME TRUCK reserves the right to suspend or cancel the USER’s registration, without prejudice to any other measures it deems appropriate;
● Have compatible devices and equipment, an Internet connection, active antivirus software and firewalls, and properly updated software;
● Maintain the confidentiality of the access credentials for their Access Account, particularly their login and password, in relation to third parties, and use the account individually and on a non-transferable basis. The USER shall not make available, disclose, or share their password or any authentication mechanism with any other person, including through platforms provided by third parties. If the USER suspects that the confidentiality of their password has been compromised, the USER must change or update it as soon as possible or contact the available customer service channels;
● Adopt a strong password and refrain from using obvious or easily guessed sequences of numbers and letters. Furthermore, we recommend that the USER not reuse the same password on third-party applications, portals, or websites;
● Adopt measures on their technological devices to prevent unauthorized physical and logical access by third parties, such as passwords and biometric authentication;
● Acknowledge that all access and transactions performed following successful digital authentication will be indisputably deemed to be the USER’s responsibility, including those arising from misuse or disclosure of the USER’s credentials to third parties;
● Keep anti-spam systems, similar filters, and message-forwarding settings configured so that they do not interfere with the receipt of notices and materials from the DIGITAL CHANNELS. No excuse based on failure to access an email or electronic message due to the aforementioned resources will be accepted;
● Respect all intellectual property rights related to the DIGITAL CHANNELS owned by GAME TRUCK, including all third-party rights that are or have been made available therein in any manner. Likewise, USERS may only reproduce content available through the DIGITAL CHANNELS, particularly GAME TRUCK’s business name, corporate name, filed or registered trademarks, and any other distinctive signs or intellectual property owned by GAME TRUCK or any company within its economic group, if they have received GAME TRUCK’s prior express written authorization;
● Not access programming areas of the DIGITAL CHANNELS, their databases, source code, or any other data sets available in such environments;
● Not perform or permit reverse engineering, translation, decompilation, copying, modification, reproduction, rental, sublicensing, publication, disclosure, transmission, lending, distribution, or any other improper disposal or use of the features of the DIGITAL CHANNELS;
● Not use software to automate access to our DIGITAL CHANNELS, except for libraries made available by GAME TRUCK, or use data mining or automated data collection software of any type or nature, including any other software not expressly described herein that operates in a similar manner.
The features comprising the DIGITAL CHANNELS are offered as tools to support services provided by GAME TRUCK or third parties and do not grant the USER any rights over the DIGITAL CHANNELS or the technological structures supporting them.
● Any removal, blocking, or suspension of content or features from the DIGITAL CHANNELS as a result of a complaint shall always be understood as a demonstration of good faith and an intention to resolve disputes amicably and shall never be interpreted as an admission of fault or infringement by GAME TRUCK of any third-party right.
The use of the applications is also subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of the distribution platforms, including the App Store and Google Play. Downloads, purchases, and updates are governed by the rules of the respective stores, and any conflict between provisions must be addressed through the available customer service channels.
Should GAME TRUCK or a third party suffer damages, the responsible party agrees to fulfill all obligations to indemnify the injured party, including obligations arising from acts performed through their Access Account.
The responsible party shall also assume the position of defendant in any legal action or administrative proceeding, request GAME TRUCK’s removal from such action or proceeding, and fully bear all related procedural expenses and court costs, holding GAME TRUCK harmless from any loss or liability.
Comments submitted by USERS and published through the DIGITAL CHANNELS shall not be interpreted as GAME TRUCK’s opinion or as a statement that GAME TRUCK agrees with the published content. USERS are entirely responsible for the comments they submit through the DIGITAL CHANNELS.
Failure to comply with any of the obligations established herein may result in the total or partial suspension of features on the DIGITAL CHANNELS or the deletion of the Access Account without prior notice, as provided in these Terms.
The DIGITAL CHANNELS and their features are presented to USERS as currently available and may be subject to continuous improvements and updates. GAME TRUCK agrees to:
● Preserve their functionality, including maintaining working links and, whenever possible, using a layout that respects usability and ease of navigation;
● Display the features clearly, completely, accurately, and sufficiently so that USERS have an exact understanding of the transactions performed;
● Protect the data collected through the available features by using currently available state-of-the-art technology.
GAME TRUCK makes reasonable efforts to maintain the continuous and permanent availability of our DIGITAL CHANNELS.
However, temporary unavailability may occasionally occur due to required maintenance or events of force majeure, such as natural disasters, failures in communication systems or Internet access, or third-party events beyond GAME TRUCK’s supervision and responsibility.
Should this occur, GAME TRUCK will make reasonable efforts to restore access to the DIGITAL CHANNELS as soon as possible, subject to the technical limitations of its services and the third-party services upon which it depends to remain online.
Maintenance procedures resulting in the unavailability of the DIGITAL CHANNELS for extended periods will be communicated through official communication channels, including emails, official social media profiles, or the Customer Service Center.
The USER shall have no right to demand the availability of the DIGITAL CHANNELS or claim compensation or damages should our DIGITAL CHANNELS remain unavailable, regardless of the reason.
GAME TRUCK may, in accordance with its business objectives, modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, the distribution or updating of our DIGITAL CHANNELS.
Third-party applications are made available solely to provide additional benefits and convenience to the USER.
When accessing third-party websites or applications, the USER will be subject to other terms of use and privacy policies, which must also be observed.
The inclusion of such links and frames does not mean that GAME TRUCK has knowledge of, exercises control over, agrees with, or is responsible for such applications or their respective content, security, and data protection practices.
Accordingly, GAME TRUCK shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the USER as a result of using the aforementioned links or frames.
To improve the USER experience, GAME TRUCK’s applications may use features such as push notifications, geolocation, calendar integration, and the collection of information for bug analysis and behavioral improvements.
All collection will be conducted in accordance with the data minimization principle. Data will be anonymized whenever possible, and the limits imposed by the LGPD will be respected.

GAME TRUCK is a USER relationship portal and also constitutes a DIGITAL CHANNEL, among other services.
The available features are accessible to all GAME TRUCK USERS—where an individual is considered a USER—who complete the corresponding registration through the DIGITAL CHANNELS and expressly consent to the conditions of these Terms.
USERS may receive assistance through the customer service channels made available through each DIGITAL CHANNEL.
USERS may also use the customer service channels whenever they identify or witness inappropriate content on the DIGITAL CHANNELS, whether clearly unlawful or contrary to the rules of use established herein.
To stop receiving promotional campaigns and invitations to participate in surveys through electronic means, such as email or SMS, the USER must unsubscribe directly through the registration area of the DIGITAL CHANNELS.
These Terms are subject to continuous improvement and enhancement. Accordingly, GAME TRUCK reserves the right to update them at any time, according to their purpose or GAME TRUCK’s convenience, including to ensure legal adequacy and compliance with laws or regulations having equivalent legal force.
USERS are responsible for reviewing the Terms whenever they access the DIGITAL CHANNELS. Updates to these Terms will take effect on the date of publication unless another effective date is specified.
When these Terms are updated, GAME TRUCK will notify the USER through notices on our DIGITAL CHANNELS.
By browsing the DIGITAL CHANNELS and using their features, the USER agrees to comply with the version of the Terms in effect on the date of access. Therefore, USERS are advised to remain informed of any updates.
Tolerance of any failure to comply with the conditions of these Terms shall not constitute a novation of the obligations established herein, nor shall it prevent or inhibit their enforcement at any time.
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed unenforceable or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without requiring a judicial ruling to that effect.
The USER acknowledges that all communications sent by email or SMS to the addresses or numbers provided during registration are valid, effective, and sufficient for communicating any matter related to the services provided by GAME TRUCK, the conditions under which such services are provided, or any other matter addressed therein, except where expressly provided otherwise in these Terms.
The DIGITAL CHANNELS use the official date and time of Brasília as their standard.
Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Terms, the USER represents and warrants that their use of the DIGITAL CHANNELS will not be intended for, including but not limited to:
(I) Violating applicable legislation; or
(II) Engaging in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or unlawful.
The USER hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GAME TRUCK, as well as its respective directors, agents, shareholders, employees, and partners, from and against any losses, liabilities, legal actions, or claims, including attorneys’ fees, arising from the lawful use of the DIGITAL CHANNELS or from a violation of these Terms.
These Terms are available in full for consultation through the DIGITAL CHANNELS and may be accessed by the USER at any time.
Acceptance of these Terms includes authorization to receive push notifications, in-app messages, emails, and SMS messages regarding offers, updates, and important notices.
The USER may opt out of receiving such communications through the application settings.
The USER may remove the application from their device or, if desired, delete their registration and personal data directly through the application or through the customer service channels, as provided in the Privacy Policy.
As the applications are innovative solutions undergoing continuous development, they may be updated with new features, bug fixes, and changes to permission requirements.
Such changes will always be preceded by notice to the USER through the application and/or email.
The Terms may be amended as a result of technological implementations or legal requirements, and the USER is responsible for reviewing them periodically.
This Cookies Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Brazilian law, with particular emphasis on the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the guidelines established in the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority’s Guidance on the Use of Cookies.
To resolve any dispute or controversy arising from this document, the parties elect the Courts of the Judicial District of Campo Grande as the competent jurisdiction.
This choice does not exclude any specific personal, territorial, or subject-matter jurisdiction established by law.
Furthermore, to promote the amicable and efficient resolution of disputes, matters involving data subjects may be referred to JUSPRO – Justiça Sem Processo Mediação e Conciliação S/S Ltda., acting as a Mediation Chamber pursuant to Article 52, Paragraph 7, of the LGPD.
This approach seeks to promote constructive dialogue and the resolution of matters without the need for judicial proceedings.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions and descriptions shall apply to facilitate their understanding:
Anti-Spam: A system that prevents unwanted correspondence, such as mass advertising, by blocking messages or moving them to a specific folder.
Bugs: A term used when a logical failure prevents an operation from being performed on the Platform.
Cloud Computing: A service virtualization technology built through the interconnection of more than one server over a common information network, such as the Internet, with the purpose of increasing the availability of supported services.
Access Account: The credentials of a registered USER that allow access to exclusive features of the DIGITAL CHANNELS and are defined by a username and password.
Glitches: A term used to describe unexpected behavior that prevents the execution or proper functioning of an intended operation on the DIGITAL CHANNELS.
IP: An abbreviation for Internet Protocol. It is a set of numbers that identifies the Internet access connection used by USERS to access the DIGITAL CHANNELS.
Layout: The overall appearance, design, and navigation flows of the DIGITAL CHANNELS.
Link: A term used to refer to an Internet address.
Logs or Access Records: Records of activities performed by USERS through the DIGITAL CHANNELS.
DIGITAL CHANNELS: The official portals, applications, communication tools, and social media profiles of GAME TRUCK.
Session ID: The identification assigned to a USER’s session when accessing one of the DIGITAL CHANNELS.

USER: An individual acting as a USER and/or a person responsible for a legal entity, including customers and accredited establishments, who accesses or interacts with activities offered through the Campo Grande Platforms.
